Trail Top House is a simple yet compelling home nestled in the Sovereign Oaks Development. Eight foot tall windows and an open floor plan create flowing, sun-filled spaces with expansive views of the surrounding forest. Crisp detailing and a limited material palette reflect the clean, minimalist aesthetic of the homeowners, an architect and landscape architect by trade.

Green Light Home Builders got involved early in the project's design phase to advise on cost-effective ways to design and build the structure, helping to keep this project under budget.
