Imagine living in the woods, surrounded by trees and next to the perpetual sound of a flowing creek... This is the life for RJ, who lives in his custom-home self-titled, “Trillium Cove” at the High Hickory Development.

With an expansive deck and mountain views in all directions, RJ has truly immersed himself in the surrounding natural environment. Working within the Steep Slope overlay, on an incredibly rocky site, this job posed many challenges. But through strategic planning and site-specific design, we successfully built RJ the home of his dreams.
